By accessing or using the TrustCircle Wallet (TCW) decentralized application (dApp), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the TCW dApp.
2. Modifications to Terms
TrustCircle Wallet reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our platform. Continued use of the TCW dApp following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
3. Eligibility
By using the TCW dApp, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or meet the age requirements of your jurisdiction for using digital asset management tools.

• You have the legal capacity to enter into and abide by these Terms of Use.

4. User Accounts
To access certain features of the TCW dApp, you may need to register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Keep your account credentials confidential.

• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
  TrustCircle Wallet is not liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Community-Driven Recovery
The TCW dApp features a community-driven wallet recovery system. By utilizing this feature, you agree to the following terms:

• Trusted Contacts: You will designate 12 trusted individuals who will serve as your recovery circle.

• Approval Requirement: In the event of a lost seed phrase, recovery will require approval from at least 8 of your 12 trusted contacts.

• Video Call Verification: Recovery requests may necessitate video call verification with your trusted contacts to authenticate your identity and enhance security.
  You are responsible for selecting reliable contacts and ensuring their availability.

6. Prohibited Activities
When using the TCW dApp, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

• Using the dApp for deceptive, malicious, or unlawful purposes.

• Tampering with, disrupting, or overloading the dApp’s functionality or infrastructure.

• Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform or its related systems.

• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, designs, software, and other intellectual property featured on the TCW dApp are owned by TrustCircle Wallet or its licensors. You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or otherwise using any intellectual property without prior written consent from TrustCircle Wallet.

Your privacy is a priority for TrustCircle Wallet. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the dApp, you consent to the processing of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The TCW dApp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While TrustCircle Wallet strives to maintain a secure and reliable platform, we do not warrant that:

• The dApp will function uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

• Any errors or defects will be promptly corrected.
  Your use of the dApp is at your sole risk, and you assume full responsibility for any outcomes related to your use of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability
TrustCircle Wallet is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

• Misuse of the platform by users.

• Unauthorized actions of third parties, including, but not limited to, breaches of trusted contacts or misuse of video call verification.

• Technical failures beyond our control.
  This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
